The double hat puls spacer final.



This is the first gen hat gutted. Dremel or port-a-band off the top of the bushing can. push the bushing out.


This is the 2nd gen hat sitting on top of the spacer.



Drill out the spot welds on the 1 gen plates bump stop flange. Then bolt in the 1gen hat with the aluminum spacer ON TOP of the tower, bolt the 2G hot on top of the spacer and then install spring and shock to them on the truck.

This is droop after. A bit under 1/2" higher off the concrete so about 1/2" less droop.
