Unfortunately the only way to get the textured ones are oem! Looked everywhere and ended up buying from tasca ford parts. Was not cheap hood decals where the most expensive

Rappy decals makes them textured now like Ford does, they aren’t on the website yet tho, custom order only

Ran me about $850.00 & the rear ones are reflective.
