I have the OEM extender that I installed in my Raptor that I had in my 2016 Platinum. I had the factory Spray in bedliner and didn't have any issues. I did have to drill the bedliner material out of the grommet holes that the "pins" extend into top and bottom. I also have a Ford Rubber Bed Mat in mine and it fits perfect. No issues at al. I traded out the Rubber Feet on the bottom of the Extender for the Factory "shorter" ones so that the pins lock in correctly. So I had to Order the Grommets, and the shorter Rubber Bumpers to reUse the OEM one I took out of my truck. I have had both types, but I like the OEM one as how it folds up. One I had in my 2014 truck, I had to totally remove it a few times as I hauled stuff and didn't like having to do that

I'd order it with truck...let them install, not that its hard, but if they screw up its on them....
I have one on mine with the Line-X spray in liner and it works fine....although I dont use much for extended loads, its sure nice to use closed to keep small boxes and bags from sliding to front of bed...ALSO..if your going to put a 3 fold Tonneau cover on it by any chance, the solid 1 piece bed extenders are a pain, since you have to lift 2 panels up to lift it out...with the 2 piece one,you only have to lift one panel and dont need to climb up into truck....just makes life a little easier....
I love mine....

I have my bed Linexed and put it in after, no issues with install, purchased off eBay with free shipping and no tax from around 265. Had one on my 2012 Harley-Davidson edition and loved it. The only downfall to it is that it is a PITA to get to the light switch in the rear of the bed, especially if you have any type of tonneau cover!!!
