Well, my first odyssey battery failed. I submitted a warranty claim and they did not question it. Through the process I found out that the battery they sent me was already over a year old, hopefully this replacement that’s better

Any updates on those that bought the Odyssey battery? I am leaning towards it vs the AGV one that Matt has. That extra $500 can be used on hοοκεrs and bιοω.

Say what you want but I went with this and for the price I can replace it every two years and still end up ahead of the game. Just FYI if it turns out to be crap then I will end up probably going the antigravity route!

NAPA batteries are made by Deka. Always liked them. Odyssey is made by Enersys and are about as good as it gets, IMO. My company makes capital equipment for them. Lots of government contracts. To say the Enersys products are overbuilt would be an understatement.

I ran the odyssey extreme in my Gen 1 for almost 4 years when it was replaced under warranty. I had three years on the replacement when it was sold and it was going strong.
