So, i ran all new vacuum lines to the iwe's and the noise is still there. After a transmission and transfer case service, the noise is gone
That’s interesting that after the service it went away. How many miles had it been since its last transmission service? Did the shop notice anything like the fluid was burnt or old?

Well, i dont know how long it was between services. But im betting it wasnt serviced. I did the change, and the fluid was dark, but didnt smell burnt.
