That was an amazing drink. I have tried to copy it twice now and it just ain't the same when your not in the desert.

Your missing the most important ingredient. Sand and dirt. Just get a hand full and dump it in.

I've been reading some of the post TRR comments about stolen coolers, swiped 50 cal antennas, missing Fox marker flags, Raptors for sale etc.

In SoCal we share food and drink, help our brothers and sisters with field repairs, and those who show up without Raptors buy one in time for the next trip.

Cheers to new friends that kick ass!

What a shame that is. Sad to read. I just keep thinking that I have been broken down twice and both times everyone asked to help. Hats off to Lanfill for seeing that tie rod before it was to messed up. I think it was a good hour plus round trip for Motz to help me get a new tie rod nut. Thank you again Motz and Landfill. Great to have great people around watching your back.

Count me in for something soon.

Really, that kind of thing is very much the exception, rather than the rule. It has been my experience that TRR is like your trips: people offering folks they just met a beer and a hamburger or a helping hand after they have pulled off with an issue. It is unfortunate that a few bad apples show up at an event of this size (150ish trucks and probably around 250+ poeple), however it is impossible to avoid.

Good point! With 10x the turnout increases the chances of a bad egg or two showing up. With large events it's impossible to tell who they are. Hate the selfish numb nutz not the event!
