I've noticed a lot of guys running the Falken rocky mountain AT's. they look like a fairly mild tread pattern so, I'm wondering why so many are running them? The only thought that comes to mind is that they kick up less rocks with the LT kits, since most of the guys I see running them have the LT front suspension. I plan on getting 37's when this summer so I'm just trying to find a tire that will be durable and tough and if possible not weigh a metric ton.

Thanks,
Scott

Good times dude. Truck is looking good hombre. We are thinking the beginning of April will probably be the last Campout of the season gents/girls. Mark it in the calendars!

I have run 9 different AT and MT tires and the Falkens are by far the best tire I have run. Grip when you need it with the ability to slide around when you want. They run great at low psi and on road they are awesome. Unless you're mud bogging all the time or can bankroll the proyects I highly recommend. I've put them through hell (TRR and back, 5 ocotillo trips, barstow, multiple cuddeback trips, black mountain run twice which is all rocks, complete toy run and 500 miles in Baja) and they are still kicking.

Thanks, I haven't really seen to many discussions on them, but I keep seeing them on trucks that are highly modified.

Same spot and thread coming really early on this one so people can keep the weekend open since it's the last one this season! I'll post it later this week hopefully.
