I didn't say we were going to eat mexican food and drink margaritas. I said we should go into town to get something to eat for everyone who was out there helping me. While we waited for the tow rig to come in. I thought it was the least I could do at the time in that hot sun to get everyone together before. We also went to town because I had no service or very bad service and so did everyone else.

We left to take care of calling people and I threw in food because I knew it would be a long day. I had to call my family and friends including the people who were coming out from Outlaw to help me.

You said you were leaving to "go jump in the pool and BBQ at our resort". Nobody said a word and you left.

If someone interprets that as you being a POS that's their opinion. Not my place to judge or decide for them.

I'm never going to tell someone to stay with the group and help out if they have an emergency at home or they HAVE to go. But for drinking and jumping in the pool it sounds a little different.

I don't think you are a POS but next time try to hang around and help out. Nobody is hoing to ask you to stick around to help, that's up to your own discretion.
Nobody else needs to chime in on this topic anymore.

Ok. Thank you for giving your feelings and side of the story. Sucks we didn't see things the same way. I wish this wasn't the case and all ended well. But I guess it's a lesson learned by me. Don, you're right. I'm POS and I bailed. I guess I was imaging helping out for 4 hours in the sun on my hands and knees. But Lane got out safe and that's all that matters.

Well, I'm waiting for the shitstorm so people just say what you wanna say.

Brendon, the percentage is so low for Friday and Friday night I really think we will be fine. Its only 20% Saturday so far. Like dale said. If it happens to mist lightly it might settle the dust. But I've been there at those Percentages and all was good. Percentage seems to be dropping

Channel is weatherman for meet up. Can change of course when we go off in groups. My problem is not being able to put out a sign like I did last time due to some of you showing up early Friday before me. I can try and talk to mike and see if he can help me out with this since he will be there first and put a sign by road and by road by campsite like last time. I will let ya all know before then!
