I just saw this post... so this customer contacted us on December 26th, 2020. Stated one of the radiance lights was not turning on. We emailed back some things to check. Our last communication on 12/26/2020 was me asking him to test the connection on the harness to verify power the upfitter switch is sending power to the harness. We never heard back from this customer.
Then on Sunday, January 16th, 2022 we received an email with a photo of the harness (shown on this thread). We responded asking where the photo was taken, as it looked strange to us and we wanted to try and pinpoint where on the harness we were looking at. We also explained we couldn't really do much as it had been a year now since our original communication. I then emailed him asking for additional photos so I could see where this photo was taken, no response since.
Is there a reason you
1) Decided to wait over a year to work with us on this issue? It looks as if you put strain on the harness and pulled the wires apart.
2) Didn't call us to troubleshoot this in the past year?
We've NEVER had a customer with the issue you are showing us. The worst that's ever happened on ONE occasion were 2 wires labeled wrong. Otherwise we have a 100% success rate on the harness.
We're all about customer service, but when we try and help someone and they decide to stop responding to us, only to come back a year later with 1 photo.. i mean ... what are we supposed to do? We tried to help you out a year ago and you never got back to us then show up here with a damage harness (which has never happened in the history of us selling harnesses).
Ask anybody who has our kit, our harness is one of the best quality harnesses around.
We were happy to help you but once again, you stopped responding to our inquiries, which is the same thing you did last year when we tried to help.
