Lol Andrew, that's pretty funny. I was wondering what it looked like when I fell on my ass.

Can you say "Chainsaw" lol

Oh, it's on the list of things to get now

You couldn't just.... go under it? LOL
Nooo! Probably but there would there was the chance of some decent trail rash on the other side if we tried to go around. Not a big deal to me but I was thinking of the main run with 15 or so trucks. We should have just turned around there as this' where the trail went to shit and got progressively worse.

Bigge, PM me next time you are heading out, I can take a day off and run. I've been wanting to find places like this in the hills. So looking forward to a NorCal run.

Will do! I would have invited others but I figured most people had to work.

:superhack:Yep you don't have to worry about the Producers from AX Man calling you anytime soon!....

lol, probably. It's a great workout chopping wood. I might start chopping down trees in the backyard for a workout now. Although the wife won't like that much, haha.

Give a kid tools and he has to use them.. lol...

Exactly!

Yeah, my job is pretty flexible, plus I work a lot of nights, so i can get away for a few hours during the day.

Nice, I'll probably heading out in the next couple weeks to scout the 2nd leg of the run. I'll shoot you a pm.

Will do. The only problem with inviting a lot of guys for the preruns is that it can really slow things down or make it difficult. This prerun is a perfect example. The original route quickly became impassible. The trail was to tight for us to turn around so we had to back up and we luckily found spots were we could go up the side of the mountain to turn around. This would have been a nightmare had there been as few as 4 or 5 trucks.

Ill gladly invite folks for preruns but there will be a point were it will be capped depending on terrain and what I do or don't know about the route. I just want people to keep this in mind if they don't get an invite. I'm not trying to exclude anyone but sometimes it's just not feasible. I hope this makes sense.

Pre runs are best with 2 trucks! Especially in completely unknown terrain...

Looking forward to seeing what you put together... Count me in!
