For those planning on staying at a hotel in Willits on Friday night; Super 8 seems to be the cheapest motel I could find. With AAA it's about $71 a night. I was thinking prices would be a little cheaper but I guess not.

If you'd like to camp, KOA seems to be the only place I can find in the area. It's kind of cramped with lots of families and it's about $42/night. I can't believe it's that much to camp!

Prices seem to be much more reasonable in Ukiah which is only about 30 minutes south of Willits. Super 8 is only $50/night in Ukiah.

Big how far in advance do we need to reserve a room for the hotel? I think only a few bucks more for a motel is better than sleeping in my truck lol are you going up Friday night then staying again sat? I'm down for the hotel just let me know

I think most will stay in a motel Friday night. Saturday the plan is to reserve a campsite up in shelter cove for everyone. There are hotels up there if camping isn't your thing.

I will stay at the bechtel creek inn it is just off main street.. But your not on main street most of the other hotels are, so you have lots of traffic noise. The rooms are nice and you get a small breakfast in the AM.. McDonalds is close as well as taco bell.. Just down the street Rite aid and Safeway.. About 100 per night but its only one night so...

here, on frf
crew cabs are comfy as long as you have a couple blankets. since im only 5'8" i can almost fully extend in the back seat. i just cant justify spending $80 for a room just to sleep.
