Ok. Just pulled the correct fuse. It was blown. Replaced it and they worked. Sometime on the ride home the fuse blew again. Now. I am almost 100% they were not working before I installed my kc lights to upfitters1&2. The other mods I did were fog lights to upfitters1 and led reverse bulbs. I am pretty sure I noticed the front marker lights out when I was doing the fog light hook up. But when i noticed them the interior lights timed off and thought that that was why they weren't on. I just thought I had happened to look at them as the interiors shut off. Wrong.
I haven't noticed for 2 weeks then this morning my neighbor said I had no taillights.
None of the mods i did should be in the same circuit. Correct?
I guess my next step is to disconnect all the lights and plug one in at a time until the fuse blows. Unless anyone else has any other ideas.

Oh and the fuse that blew today blew with all upfitters off and not going in reverse

Ok. Replaced the fuse again. Blew instantly with the door open. Went and unplugged everything except mirror lights and parking lights front and rear. So that just left the little marker lights front and rear unplugged.
Turned parking lights on by the light switch. Waited 5 min. All good. Plugged the rear marker lights in one by one. Waiting5 min in between. Then did the fronts one by one waiting5 min in between each one. All good. Wtf!
So I thought maybe if I turned other things on while the truck was running that I would get it to do it. Pressing brake peddle for periods of time gear shifts heater ect. Still fine. Wtf.
Could it have been a bad connection? Maybe. I'll find out.

Work
There is nothing more frustrating that trying to locate an intermittent wiring short.

If it is a true dead short that instantly blows the fuse they are a PITA but at least tolerable but when they come and go like that it sucks.
