Has to be for the Storage Space and if you have Kids or maybe Dogs....Extra room is biggest reason I can see, cause personally I think the SCAB looks way better...SCREW is just too long and bet a beast to park in town..LOL..
I'm a single guy,no kids, and my African Gray Parrot's travel cage fits just fine in the back....and he has learned to sway over to the side of the turn and say WhEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.....teaching him Hold On To Your Girdles Girls,next.....
SCAB cab for sure, unless you got a family to haul around.... :)

Jeez Louise, this post is friKing amazing!!! Damn I want your life. Hah! Raptors and Parrots! God Bless America.

Yep, **** San Tan Ford but they do have inventory. I tried to make a deal with them on the white 802A, I had a $500 over invoice and no adds deal in hand on my blue 802A, they flat out said “we don’t care, we know we’ll sell ours for MSRP plus adds, good lunch trying to get that dealer to actually honor the $500 over”. So I bought the blue one for the $500 over. Their $69K MSRP truck with their BS would’ve cost me $5500 more than the $71K MSRP blue one at $500 over.

That red on Chris’s demo was my second choice in color after Leadfoot. That truck is one of the very few 800A with the Torsen diff.

lol they gave me the same bs. got a lead on one in the midwest for 1000 over invoice. gotta see if they honor it though...

you got a smokin deal for sure. blue is sick too

My 2000 F150 was a scab, my 2014 F150 and my 2019 Raptor were/are a Supercrew which I prefer because of the extra room and extra gas range.

I like the way they both look but let's be honest the Screw looks a lot better, more elegant.

I disagree, the Scab looks more proportional to me, like a Baja race truck. The Scab was the original Raptor, the Screw was a compromise to sell them to guys with families. I do agree with you on the range difference, but I prefer the shortest truck possible so the small tank is a fair trade off for me.

I don't need the room, brought up two kids and a dog in my scab, theirs 5 seats in my scab and 5 seats in the screw, people just pack too much garbage with them, get a roof rack or utilize your box better. And don't get started on with my box is full crap either, I put two race quads and a full dirt bike in the back of mine along with jerry cans, ramps, you name it. :33::893karatesmiley-thu

Ha ha !
That looks more like an accident then a hauling situation.
 :D

Scab looks less family hauler and a bit more trophy truck.
Bringing sexy back.
Shorter wheelbase & lighter equals a bit more nimble and fun to drive.
Those quads have been lightened significantly, along with having the fenders cut off of them, not sure they would fit otherwise. And they were secured with 4 straps each, they never budged,, we drove from BC all the way to imperial sand dunes multiple times without ever having an issue. Fun times!! Now can't even cross the border.

There is a SCAB in magnetic at Hagerstown Ford in MD. Might be a stretch for some. It does look good.
