Alright, I got something to work! Slacker does indeed work with the iPhone. IT DOES NEED TO BE PLUGGED IN. After connecting, (slacker should be started) you need to select Sync from the "up arrow symbol" on the slacker screen on the phone. It should say connected to Sync, then it works great. Unfortunately it does need to be connected but at least it works. This is all I got working so far. Sync Destinations was also recognized. Can't say the same for Pandora, Stitcher and Last FM. When my contract is up, I'll be going back to Android, unless Apple iPhone5 gets in the way.

Yea me to I just went out with my android phone that has Pandora on it, I plugged it in and no apps. Is there a certain sequence that must be followed?

You need to have Pandora running on your phone, then it should find it through mobile apps.

Could you please give more specifics please. What phone are you using, what exactly are you pressing on the radio, etc...

I take it back. This shit ain't working. Maybe a Droid would work better but I'm just gonna stick to BT streaming.

i remember doing a few radios in vehicles where everything was over BT connection, including pandora. is you phone paired up to the radio?

Yeah its paired. Bt is flawless. I got slacker working once as an app but now its ******** with me.

Make sure Bluetooth streaming is checked on Pandora. Also, I never got directions to send either.

Hey Fred, so if you have a android phone and plug it into the sync port some apps will work through the factory nav unit?

Yeah Droid works great with Sync. Although, love my iPhone. Like others have stated iPhone and Sync play better when hooked through USB.

I was thinking of buying and old Droid off ebay and attaching that through the USB and just using the iPhone through Bluetooth for calling and Sync Services
