Hello,

I come back to you with my last test and conclusion
in image, taken N°1 on the left of the pcm.

Currently a 12v return (11.5v exactly) arrives on fuse 75 when the ignition is off.
The PCM therefore seems to be incriminated.

There is no power return through sockets 2 and 3.
even disconnected there is always current in Pin67 and 68.
Fuse75 normally powered after ignition.


So I extracted the pcm from the vehicle to eliminate the wiring harness in my diagnostic.

In image, the connection and values found:

Pin 50;69;70
ground

Pin 62
permanent power supply Fuse 26

Pine 67 68
feeding after cantact,
which should be 0v for me.


I hope to be clear in my explanation.
For me the PCM is internally faulty.
Why did it burn??
On the wiring harness side, I found nothing abnormal.

So if you have a company to advise me because I am looking for a PCM with immo off.

In the place where the vehicle is there is no dealer to program the key.

Possible to put a pcm performance because I have no control here.

Something to note is that the PCM controls it’s own relay. So if the PCM is disconnected, there will be no power on Pins 67 or 68, because that power comes from the PCM power relay. The only way to test it would be to remove the PCM power relay and install a fuses jumper wire between the load side terminals. Alternatively, you could ground PCM body (1381B) connector pin 38, which would energize the relay.

Hello

Yes I agree with you that pin 67 and 68 should not come out of voltage.

The test was done PCM on workbench.
So no other parasitic food.

I powered the pcm as shown in the diagram.
Just the ground and permanent 12v 5A power supply.

And I get 11.5v out of Pin 67 and 68.
So internal problem.
