you mean diffuser/splitter? it comes with one from the factory, i'm confused. why would they need to install it?

The GT350 front spoiler is delivered in a box inside the car during transport. If it were installed at the factory, it would get obliterated during on/off loading.

Even though Ford sent explicit instructions with the spoiler on how to correctly install it, most prep guys didn't adhere to them, including this dealership.

Given their incompetence to follow instructions and lack of follow up, I decided to never do business with them again.
