No Access to the forums from Germany

Hi, I don't know where else to put this subject. I already contacted the forums owner via contact form, but never got any response.
For a couple of months it is impossible to reach the forum from Germany. One gets an error message, that quotes the access is denied because of possible online attacks.
I can't access the forum no matter what device is being used. Mobile phone, tablet pc or my office desktop. They all use different internet providers, different accounts, so it can't be a problem with my ip specifically.
Only solution is to use a proxy server from Netherlands or Can/USA.
Maybe someone can forward this problem to someone who is in charge of this.

Best bet is to get a VPN service. Without, you get that error message.

The site has been getting bombarded from visits from France and Germany, so I put a block on those countries for now.
