Where does the video appear? In your dash screen somehow?
This is pretty interesting for driving at night like Batman!

i would prefer thermal... especially if integrated into the main unit or the drivers cluster. Could monitor the heat signature of objects ahead on the road before they decide to run accross

that almost looks like a flir. if it is, then its thermal. i put one on my truck many years ago. recently it took a rock and broke the glass. luckily the glass is replaceable.

Hi all
The Video will finally appear on a Hudway drive HUD These units will be available apparently in Sept.
For now i use a separate Video Monitor - however as suggested it would be great to have it on the main Console :)

The camera is from here: https://store.hudway.co/nv_camera

This is quite a bit cheaper than the FLIR PathfindIR II systems. I have been looking at adding one where I can pick up humans/animals several hundred feet away—especially in bad weather conditions and at night.

@The Car Stereo Company I imagine you wired yours up to display on the Nav?
