New Update Help!

Truck auto-updated the software recently. Now Im having issues with carplay and the dash screen randomly selects what i see. I prefer "My Gauges" but each time i get in the truck it selects one of the other options for me. usually the distance thing for cruise, or Trip 1 or Trip 2 screen.
any ideas?

I'm pretty sure that is a fun ford feature. All 3 of my fords do this random screen (Raptor, GT350, and Bronco) upon startup.
