Not normally. Anything is possible but most dealers aren't looking for reasons to deny work and money in their pocket. I did mine with 200 miles on. It looks much better to me.

If you want to do the mirror delete and also wants some lighting on the front of the mirror, pick up some anzo turn signal mirror markers. I have em and love em!
And for $62 you can't get a better looking mirror mod. 5 amber leds a piece and easy install.
