20's will have a harsher ride mostly because you will need to run a higher pressure because of the smaller sidewall.

I run 36 front and 34 rear, I don't think I could run those pressure with 20's

There is no difference, the cry babies with 17" wheels talk out of their ass. Plus, none of them have 20" wheels, nor have they ever driven a Raptor with 20" wheels. But they know it all... lol

There is no difference? Well, there you have it.

Lighten up Francis.

Do what makes you happy OP. I’m looking at 20’s on 37s. I love the look others will disagree. Only you know what will make you happy.

No lift required, 20" is the best route IMO, absolutely no difference in ride quality. Basically, if you like more tire, stay with 17's, if you like more wheel, go w/ 20's. Go w/ what you like, of course you'll get some people crying on this forum about putting 20's, just ignore them.

You may have taken a step backwards for off-road riding, but I think your truck definitely took a couple steps forward with respect to looks.

Here in New England our "off roading" is called winter and potholes... lol Thanks for the compliment!

This is just my opinion....

20s will provide a stiffer on road ride & somewhat better handling. For off-roading, I believe a taller sidewall is better for rocks to grip on (smaller rims), and you can also deflate 17s more than 20s without the rim popping off the tire.

If you don’t plan to heavily off-road the truck, either works fine? It’s truly your decision because it’s your truck. I personally like 17s more than 20s, but I don’t disrespect other guys that have 20s because it’s what they like and that’s cool.

Either will work absolutely fine with mild off-roading or trail hopping.

This. Aside from the looks.......the extra tire rubber on a 17 acts as more suspension when offroading (and pot holes).

the 20's will have less give...so not very good for high suspension travel environments. But, if you want to go carving canyons, 20's will be much better on the street.

It is what it is. but if you want to put 20's on your f150, you should have bought a Harley Davidson edition instead of a raptor.
