Wow, a 10 ply at 67 lbs....that's BFG Baja T/A territory if I'm not mistaken...great looking out Bird, keep us posted on your progress. Also, where did you happen to purchase them and what was the final $$ amount for those who wouldn't have the slightest clue of where to begin to get them. Sam's club seems to have a 3-5 business day delay

Local place. Under $300 each. Sams club near me has the 35 12.5 17 for $274.

It should be noted that the 305 70 18 I put on my truck are E load range. it appears the 35 12.5 17 mud hog offering is D load range. The 35 12.5 17 are also only 63lbs.

the 305 70 18 (the ones on my truck) are 67lbs

I edited my OP so there's no confusion.

I do. Still liking the look and the ride. They did get slightly louder after a couple hundred miles, but that hasn't continued. I'd still consider them to be more quiet than expected based on how aggressive the tread is. I'm also still experimenting with tire pressure.

In the rain, they're fine. Wet traction is adequate and through deep puddles at speed the truck remains stable.

Overall I haven't found anything I don't like about them. Still recommended. We'll see how they fair at Havoc in the Hills...
