thanks paulny,

Just got the A.R.E shell, fits real well.

Curious what that thing weighs. I like it but with very little payload already I’m concerned adding more to my truck.

dsiggi,
the shell dealer told me it was 250 lbs but I never verified that. I added a plywood shelf for the dogs and some chains, shovels etc also.
Now I feel like the back needs to be lifted a little, sat pretty level before I added all that crap.

Is that the A.R.E. Z Series? Think the spec sheet says the short bed Z Series is 180lbs.

its the CX series. That was what was suggested if you do a lot of offroad because the framed rear windows hold up better than the frameless....so I was told.
I added carpet and lights, maybe that made it 250 lbs?

Thanks for the confirmation. I can’t afford to give up that much.

New 2017 Screw

I was lucky enough to find one locally, still paid sticker but I was alright with that. That only things I've done was added a Truxedo Pro X15 tonneau, ambers, floods and spots up front. Then I plasi-dipped the wheels,,, yes I know, but I couldn't live with the wheels as is, and this gives me time to find bead locker wheels.
