we just got our focal/mosconi shipment in. this new sound deadening material looks awesome. figure dynamat with the addition of the insulating foam already on top. i have no doubts that it will perform better. before we had to lay the dynamat and then add the foam on top. now we can do it all in one step. focal has been known for their sound quality, so i am puttin my faith in this product and an going to be installing in one of my vehicles. for those of you interested, it does cost a bit more than dynamat, but the quality of it and the time it saves on install makes up for it.

I've been looking for a good sound deadening material to put in te cab in some places just to get some of the road noise knocked down. What does this run price wise?

I did my doors inner and outer and it was basically a waste of time, only a small improvement. I did behind the rear seat with two layers and noticed a reduction in exhaust noise. I now notice noise coming from the two rear quarter panels behind the doors. I need to pulls the interior panels and put two layers in the rear quarters, this is on a super cab 4 door. This Focal material would be great behind the rear seat

That's an understatement! They make a great product for both the home and car, and honestly the bang for the buck is good when looking at the higher end options.
