We went out testing with Icon while they were testing their new rear shock design. Our Raptor has the Icon 3.0 coilover, 3.0 bypass secondary, Deaver +3 springs, Icon's standard 3.0 Zeta rear bypass, and Icon's hydraulic bump kit. Our truck was MOVING and was outrunning Icon's truck by 15+mph through the same sections.

So you're saying the standard zeta was outrunning their prototype upgrade? Why do you think that was?

So the standard rears are allowing faster speeds versus their new design? Were both trucks running the c/o and bypass upfront?

Our truck is running the Coilover, Bypass Secondaries, Camburg Lower Arms, Icon Uppers, Deaver Springs, Icon 3.0 Bypass Shocks, Icon Bump Kit. Icon's was running the 3.0 Coilovers, Icon Upper Arms, New Rear Shocks, New Rear Springs, Icon Bump Kit. Our truck is on 35" Toyo AT2's and Method Double Standards, Icon's truck is running 35" Nitto Trail Grapplers and ProAm Beadlocks.

We did have a "drive mod" though. One of our sales guys, Louis, moonlights as a driver for various Class 1, Trophy Truck, and Trophy Lite teams

So ICONs truck was not running the duals up front. Curious if their truck was limited by the front or the rear from keeping up with yours.

Are we referring to the new rear shock where the top mount is off the front leading edge of the shock allowing for a longer stroke in the shock resulting in 15" plus travel. With a increase of @ 1.75" of more up travel than a std shock

Our truck did make faster passes due to the secondary shock up front out performing the rear of the Icon truck. But, if you watch the video closely you can see how the rear of Icon's truck outperforms the rear of our truck.

Now, imagine a truck with both upgrades on it. Coilovers, secondary shocks, Icon springs, Icon's new rear shock, and Icon's bump kit would absolutely soak up ANYTHING the desert has to offer! The possibilities are endless!

So I currently have the ICON bump stops and Deavers +2. So their new set up would just require their new rear shocks? Or special leafs as well?
