New raptor owner

Hey guys, my name is Geoff, I just picked up a black 18’ raptor with the 802a package. Loving the truck so far! Just figured I’d check in and introduce myself. I’m in Norfolk Virginia, been here for about 15 years, I’m originally from Texas, but I’m in the Navy and that’s why I’m out here. Not a stranger to Ford Performance vehicles, but new to the raptor family. My truck came with the JMS pedal and boost max, seems very peppy for a 6 cyl. I like it. Those are the only mods. I’m probably going to do some reverse and fog lights, get it ceramic coated and call it a day. And recommendations or common problems, I’m all ears. This forum seems like a wealth of knowledge and I’m looking forward to being here!

I don’t use photobucket or anything like that. It’s your typical black stock looking raptor. Lol. Had mud tires on it, had the dealership work a new set of KO2’s into the deal. Just got it back a couple of hours ago. What a difference!

Good stuff man. I don’t know any Porsche racers around here. I am familiar with the cars though. Kind of. I grew up in a 911. My dad bought a 81’ brand new and just sold it about two years ago. Great cars.

Absolutely man. I’m really enjoying the truck! Very impressed with it. I’ve had a Tacoma for the past 7 years, this truck fixed all of the shortcomings of the Tacoma in my opinion. Biggest complaint was that it needed more power, raptor is good in that category!
