its a good think my sister lives in Palm Springs and i go out that way once a month to go visit her. Ocotillo Wells is only an hour past palm springs.



I recommend Anza-Borrego Desert State Park more than Ocotillo.

The terrain is similar (one could argue better) but the biggest reason to go to A-B DSP instead of Ocotillo is that offroad vehicles aren't allowed in A-B DSP - only street legal vehicles can be driven offroad there which means your enjoyment level will be much greater since you won't have to worry about seeing through the dust and possibly hitting the zillion people/kids riding SxS's, quads and dirt bikes. Not having to scout for those small Off Road Vehicles in the dust while you're driving at elevated speeds makes all the difference on the enjoyment scale. :head3:
