Thank you to all that had well thought out feedback, except for “Outamyway”, there always seems to be one class clown that chimes in!

As for the outcome, I decided to move forward with this truck in question. I sent a text to the salesperson that was initially helping me, asking some questions pertaining to the milage and for the total OTD price. I provided my zip code so he could figure out CA taxes to collect and asked for wiring instructions, as I paying cash. Also asked for any good recommendations for a Transportor. He (who will remain nameless), was not working this weekend and had another salesperson (who will remain nameless) call me to discuss the information I provided and asked for. Let’s just say, this guy must of woken up on the wrong side of the bed, was extremely rude, pushy and essentially, wouldn’t take pictures I requested because he said the truck was listed on line. He wasn’t nice about delivery his rude message to me, yes I know, that’s an oxymoron statement. His very bad overall attitude deterred me from doing business with this Dealership.

I ended up placing an order and should arrive 5-9 weeks as they already had one in the queue.

Now the fun begins, buying all the MOD goodies! Will post pictures when it arrives. Thanks

It was you!!! You’re the reason my local dealer wouldn’t let me test drive the raptor when I was shopping around! They said buyers don’t want a truck was driven.

But I’ll be honest, when I found my truck, it had 250 miles on it, and it pissed me off and I made the dealer knock a few hundred bucks off the price, but eventually I got to the same conclusion as Allinon72, this thing is not a delicate flower, that thing is a beast and a few engine revs won’t hurt it, so I bought the one with 250 miles on it.

That’s a good call. I custom ordered mine and moved while waiting for production. Had it delivered to a different state. 7 miles when it arrived 12 miles from filling the tank. The 5 miles bothered me, because they he sales guy who I had to deal with to get the keys for the truck I had already paid for was an ******. Everyone else I have dealt with at the dealership is great. That guy was posed he didn’t get the commission, even though I didn’t need anything from him but the keys. Would you doing the tutoring paperwork with the owner of the dealership after he saw dude’s attitude.

Mine had 38 miles. I’m sure it was test driven even though it was a special order. My special order. I wasn’t thrilled but ultimately didn’t really give a ****. About to hit 30k miles now.
Mine had a note it was picked to be driven on the test track. It had 38 miles on it. 2011. Made me feel good about being well checked out!!

My new raptor 2020 special order just came off the truck from the factory and had 30.1 miles on it and has splattering in the wheel wells. So I suspect it was one that was tested at the factory and they do the final cleaning at the dealer. That or the semi-driver took liberties after u loading(just joking)

Mine had 9 miles on it and had not been driven after it was unloaded 2 days before. Had 20 after I test drove it and bought it. One of the dealerships here will not let you test drive a Raptor. They Say they don't need to. If you are buying a Raptor you already know what you are getting into so you are not gonna put any more miles on it because other potential buyers do not want test drive miles on it. My dealer has an agreement with a gravel pit owner nearby. You can take a Raptor to test drive it there if you want and go up and down the slopes or whatever. Only with a sales guy with you of course.

My 2018 had 15 miles on it- my 2020 had 10 miles on it- both just after backing them off the truck.
