Looks great. But what do you mean by the larger set of bolts don't fit with the bracket? Wich bolts are you referring to and which kit did you get (The SPP Brackets or our CrystaLux brackets). What's your order #?

I have a feeling you have the SPP brackets and you tried to use the Baja Designs bolts with them? If so, you were supposed to use that bag of supplied nuts/bolts that came in the SPP box to mount your lights.

I have the Crystalux brackets and I used the correct, gold colored, supplied hardware. I kept everything separate and used the BD hardware correctly as well. As per your directions its the M8 hardware that didnt fit. Order #11218, dont mind Cody. He was trying to eat the evidence.

Where were you trying to use that bolt? We provided 2 M6 and 2 M8 nuts/bolts. Those are to hang the brackets in the vehicle. What exactly did not fit?

You said the "larger" bolt and the "inside" mounting point... the inside mounting point is supposed to use the smaller bolt, the larger bolt goes on the outside

Well that would explain my issue, I assumed both slots were the same ID and that an M6 was smaller than an M8. Directions show the M8 to the inside if Im not mistaken.

Ohh hey look at that. Err yeah that's not right is it. We'll update those instructions. Sorry about that.

Since you said you had to enlarge one of the holes on the bracket and they carry a lifetime warranty, if you ever want/need a new set just let me know. We'll replace them for you at no cost of course.

No worries since I used different hardware and not a dremel, and was still totally happy with the purchase before posting. I was definitely misleading in my post about grinding, my bad and will edit.

Now how about you start talking about the output of a wide cornering lense on a Squadron sport.

Ohh right... so yeah the S2s are small and have a wide cornering, so when aimed down, you can use them on the road (that's what I use).

Squadron Wide COrnering, EHHH. Sports you can get away with IF you aim them down, Pros however... that's tough.

I have Squadron Pro Wide Cornering Amber as my 3rd set. I use them in the snow/rain. But I had to aim them REAL far down, so they only light up the road in front of my tires.

I'm actually going to be swapping things out this weekend to

Squadron SAE
Squadron SAE Amber
Squadron Pro Driving/Combo

This way I have white and amber for road use.

I can also aim them up a bit more because of the SAE's cut-off.

And yes, our factory LED headlights really suck. Without fogs, even worse.
