Welcome. Since you introduced the topic of build quality, what issues have you had with yours?
Nothing major but a lot of little things in just 2 months. I bought it as a CPO with 25k mi and was / is super clean. So far, exhaust rattle, sunroof leak due to a cracked plastic liner, entertainment screen going black for long periods, door rattles even on fairly even pavement. These items were fixed (mostly). Thankfully nothing major (yet).
