A tune from Goose and wheels are a good first step. Then you can figure out what your goals are for the truck besides to and from work. I would add fog lights soon as the stock headlights are trash.

I don’t know if going over 93 on a stock truck would help. A goose tune would/could take advantage of it. It is rated at 450 Hp using 93 octane and probably at sea level.
