Great thread... show more progress pics when you get a chance! FRF has had a few really good rebuild threads here and they are always interesting to see the before/after pics.

Exterior

1. Too much to list so I took a picture of my spreadsheet.
2. Most of the parts I found on Ebay, some I found at salvage yards.

All in all, with parts and registration, I'm in for about $10k, I bought the truck for $15k (salvaged) for a grand total for approximately $25k. The truck has 93k miles on it. If I had to ballpark hours into it, I probably put in about 100 hours. I wanted to learn more about trucks and this has definitely help expand my knowledge about the Raptors. It has been the truck I always wanted so that was extra incentive to take on such a project. I have learned a lot along the way and I hope this helps someone who is also looking to tackle a project such as this.

One of the last things I need to do is get the truck inspected by the MN DOT and that is scheduled for next week!

You know, a little late on my side, but you may have been safe straightening the frame, lopping off the bumper mounts and installing a smurf bumper. Regardless, awesome work brother, welcome to the community, love it when guys aren't scared to tear into a project! Where did you find the headlights?
