Honestly if the only mount to the body I wouldn't advertise them as rock sliders, I'd just call them steps. When you do the frame mounted ones, then I'd call them rock sliders.

Only reason I say this is, somebody isn't gonna read in to them, gonna buy them and get they're truck stuck up on a rock. They're gonna have damage and then go on some public forum and bash you because they didn't buy true rock sliders (like the others your designing) and expected them to work like em. I don't think a member here would do that, but we have tons of guests that view this place and you never know how smart they are.

I would still advertise them as upgraded steps, that are stronger and not as wide, designed to take impacts from rocks and come away unscathed unlike the stock steps.

Btw not trying to bash or anything I really like the design and can't wait to see the top plate on them.

Aluminum top plates are done. Going out for powder. Next faze will be building frame tie ins

in person these are the best looking steps out. clean and simple but they still have alittle flash to them with the top plate. add in the ability to have them powdered any color combo u want and its a killer setup
