New key programming

Lost a key fob a couple years back so I’m finally ordered one. Can I use forscan program it? Or do I need a separate tool to do it?

If you only have 1 key left, you'll need a dealer or locksmith to program it for you

ForScan has a license you can purchase for key programming, but I’m not sure if you need 2 programmed keys to do it or not.

I’m on the same boat. I only have one FOB. I saw one on offerup for $40 bucks tho. I might consider purchasing it if someone figures this out.

you can get spare keys on amazon or ebay cheap.

think you need to go to a dealer if you only have one in your possession though so they can program it

Ok but all have the Tailgate button and a lot do not have the raptor on the back. So where would you go to get that keyfob.
