gen 1 has held their resale value tremendously well. given the miles i would say maybe, but the overall condition has to match. but negotiate with them. i could see 42-45k. invoice for those trucks when new was right around 55k. special edition wasnt a huge price difference when buying back then. ahouldnt be now either

6 year old vehicle barely driven. Tires for one. Probably all fluids flushed and new to start.
