yep still waiting I got caught up in the 6.2L push back my date went to may 10 but who really know when ill see it?

the race at state capital is april 24 starts at 8am ends around 4 the track will be only open to people attending the bash on the bayou event its open to all makes of trucks but its predominately FORD. there has been tons of sponsors who donated parts for the raffle and you can prepay or pay at the gate. there is a crawfish boil with live music that follows at the raddison on south acadian thru way and hotel accommodations if you would like to stay as we always get really hammered.

General Admission - $15 per person
Show n' Shine Competition - $25.. includes Admission(truck and driver)
Drag racing - $50.. includes Truck show and Admission
Crawfish, Beer, Live music After Party - $25 per person

OK...HOTEL HAS BEEN CONFIRMED!!!


They changed the name..it is now called the RADISSON.


They are going to drop their rates from last year....it's only $89 a night now.

Normally everyone meets up Friday afternoon/night at the Hotel..and we do a little pre-game partying,...then off to the track in the morning.

After the track we meet back up at the Hotel for crawfish, live band, beer pong...and a few drinks...ok...more than a few...

Because there wasn't any issues last year,..they said they'd be happy to have us back,..and said they'd keep everyone else in the front of the Hotel while we party in the back...and they'll keep everyone from parking back there too again this year.


To get the $89 rate...you have to call them and make
your reservation before Apr 1st!!!!!!!!!!

So get on it!!!!

When reserving rooms,...Tell them it is for the BASH ON THE BAYOU EVENT
