Raptor was my first 1/2 ton truck as well.

Before my common rides were either my Ram 2500 or the big, bad 3/4T Suburban.

The ride. The ride. The ride. The ride of the Raptor is amazing. We're getting ready to take a several thousand mile road trip, and it's not even a question of what to take.

The 'Burban is more practical. But she really likes how the Raptor drives.

It's the single reason I am so reluctant to mess with the suspension up front. I'll end up with Deavers on the back. But I am very reluctant to mess with the front. SVT nailed this one.

Honestly I’ve been amazed with the ride. It’s very smooth and handles great. Very happy with it

Nice truck. I also stepped into the Raptor from a F250 CC Lariat. I put cubes , 20” bar and a 30” bar behind the grill and the hardest part was hooking up the juice to the outfitter switches.

There really is no standard to what lights are best on these trucks. But many light to fill the bumper pockets with cubes. That Rigid kit seems to cover the spectrum. I pretty much have some of the same done with BD lights. A driving combo, SAE for additional street lighting, and a set of ambers which I use the most next to the SAE’s. If you want a lot of light and want it tucked away the BD S8 is potent and I run this as well.
