Hey... first Raptor, a '24 CG 35". I came from a power wagon, also on 35s w/ a thuren suspension. I also have a bronco badlands 4 dr w/ the sas -package, since this thing definitely isn't ideal for the trails around here.

I'm at almost 2k miles already and am very happy with it. On road it drives almost as good as my BMW, and I actually like the HUD better than the BMW one. And it drives lightyears better than the power wagon, lol.

2000 miles... and then you post up about it? Only acceptable if you drove 1k to pick up and 1k back.

For comparing your Raptor to a peasant-mobile from Bavarian Manure Wagen ( a direct quote from a German friend ).

I was lurking lol. Don't have much to say probably, but I didn't want to be a total freeloader. Also, the BMW comparison is a compliment. Mine is smooth as butter. And I drove everything to find the smoothest driving ride I could for long trips. Frankly I'm really shocked at how good the raptor drives. And it has about the same acceleration. Can't quite take the turns at the same speed, but fantastic for a truck.

This was my power wagon. I really didn't want to part with it, but just didn't drive it anymore. I really beat the shit out of it on the trails too. Didn't mind attempting to squeeze it onto jeep trails. Definitely not attempting w/ the raptor though.
