New ‘24-‘25 SPD Downpipes Observations

Part of it too is I think 24's are louder from the factory. My 2024 is noticeably louder than my 2023 was and has slightly different tone, I imagine some of that is attributed to the manifold design as mentioned above.

Aye I think that’s what I’m afraid to lose lol, I honestly love how the exhaust sounds stock and don’t want to make it higher pitched if I can help it. So I’m hoping the new downpipes won’t do that but if they do then my next hope is that maybe the AWE switchback exhaust system will offset it and make it sound deeper again.

I guess we will have to wait and see once they start shipping out the new gen downpipes. I almost bought some this week but I’m pacing myself until I see more evidence of them and how they do on folks raptors.

I am a huge SPD fan and run them on my 2022. But really now…imagine being an exhaust system company that doesn’t know how to capture accurate sound clips lol…

I posted this a few months back for some other folks. Nothing crazy no pedal to the metal. Just typical driving I had a clip of when I was trying to record a jump. It’s pretty accurate to what the truck sounds like around town.
