Yea I ordered my stuff on 4/29/21 he responded to me initially on 5/6/21 saying my order was being processed and should ship out by end of week then radio silence. 5/20/21 I tell him to cancel my order he gets back to me next day saying it’s only him and he’s trying to do what he can and he’s waiting on rpg. I email him back saying to please get me an eta and I can work with that. Again radio silence. I just want him to cancel my order and refund me but I can’t get a response now. Frustrating to say the least. I haven’t waited as long as you but I’ve never had a vendor I’m working with just not answer at all which is just bad business
This guy sounds like BAD NEWS!!!

Yea wish I read the reviews before ordering. Hopefully he makes it right which it seems he does but takes his sweet time to do it. I tried calling leaving vms with no return call ever and I have all my emails as well with no response other than the email that it’s processing and the email that it’s just him and he’s waiting for rpg which I think is bs.

I had bad experiences with Roman, never posted anything but I have seen several posts that are all negative. A couple were removed by the Moderator. I started purchasing From Nick with Apollo Optics, nothing but positive experience, he is very communicative and very knowledgeable. He always responds promptly too. Give him a try.

Rpg said they have em in stock and they are going to email Roman. Gave Christian at rpg my order number and dates of contact etc. he said he will try to work with him to get these to me. Keeping my fingers crossed

It’s too hard for him to reply to emails or calls…. I’m now on a trip towing a trailer without the extra icon leafs that I ordered back last August and Roman is nowhere to be found.
Seriously sub par and as much as I’d like to think there is a reasonable excuse for the situation it’s just not possible for me to accept the complete head in the sand unresponsive behavior.

It says a lot that he never even bothered to post an answer in this thread, let alone take care of you. I've had great experience with @Nick@Apollo-Optics also. He is pretty much the opposite of Neo Garage

He responded and said rpg finally gave him a shipping quote. Fingers crossed I’ll have these bump stops soon.
