Good idea, I would but it was assessed with 37s on claim and they dropped/voided warranty.

A lawsuit would resolve that warranty issue pretty quick. Don’t let them get away with BS like tire size frying the trans.
You’d only end up with a stack of attorney fees. Unless stated otherwise, the warranty only covers the vehicle is it’s factory configuration. Increasing tire size places additional load on the driveline and will negatively affect the transmission shift strategy. OSS will not correlate with wheel speed and will skew shift strategy, both of which can result in a variety of concerns including clutch damage.
