Mods to the truck, front fog lights hooked up to outfitter switch. Rear lights also hooked up to outfitter switch as well as to the driver side tail light (I disconnected this and it still came back today). RD detector hooked up to outfitter switch. I checked battery connections. What other things should I be checking?
Not sure about Auto start/stop. It’s disabled via Cobb accessport. I don’t have forscan and so no changes there.
Regardless of whether the truck is tuned or not tuned:
HOW doe the access port disable the auto stop start? I ask because the common FORSCAN methods disable the battery management system (BMS)
LOTS of users here have done it, and moved on with life without a problem.
OTOH, I would suggest that disabling the BMS for whatever reason is not a best practice.
