Navigation System Problem

Hi guys,

Did anyone had a problem on your GPS navigation get confused. Some of the road map is gone and No GPS icon is always on.
Your help is very much appreciated.

Don't know what year Raptor you have, but my daughter's 2013 Escape did that with a bad/old version for MY Ford Touch.
