Navigation "Bezel Diagnostics": View and Clear DTCs

I can't get this to work. Any hints?

Doesn't work with My Ford Touch. You can get to diagnostics but it doesn't do codes.

I can't even get to diagnostics! I just hold down 3 and 6 and the only thing I can get it to do is say "preset set". Do you have to have the key in a particular position? I have tried every combination I can think of.....

It's not the same. Post about halfway down talks about doing it in a Focus ST. I did it in my F350 when I had a code thats how I figured out it doesnt do codes. I'm assuming Raptors are the same, honestly I haven't tried in my Raptor yet.

No DTCs, but you can get to bezel diagnostics by having radio ON, and then hold the CD eject and the seek forward button.
