Just a quick update on my install for the 2013. Took it back to Car Toys today since the NAV signal wasn't working yesterday. They said the molex connector from the harness had 3 pins that were not seeded well on the VIM module. In other words when he plugged it firmly, 3 of the wires backed out of the harness. He was able to push them back into the wiring harness and all is working well now.

All good here lol Just documenting different things i encounter.

has anyone else used the remote start (when its cold out) and have the rear camera forced?

I have not seen that issue, but will check this morning. It is cold out, for Texas, 68°. :)

I think it has something to do with the remote start turning on rear defrost

Just tested on my way home... Of you turn rear defrost on and then wait an extended period to turn out off your rear camera turns on.

crap, got you mixed up with farfromstock....... oops.....

Nope, mine is still not able to activate the front cam. I wasn't able to call NAVTV yesterday before they closed so I'll try again today.

But, you can still show your stats as being 100% - just throw my results out as an outlier. That's how the Government reports unemployment statistics and it seems to work for them! :troll3:
