Having an issue with the volume on my navigation - the turn by turn voice volume decided to be more like a whisper yesterday coming back home from a long trip.

Tried to turn the volume up- no dice
Tried to mute the volume and unmute- no dice

Looked through the settings menu and still didn't work.

Any other ideas?

I have a 2014 and had the same issue where the navigation voice was low. I don't have access to my truck, but there is a setting for nav voice which is separate from normal volume. I had to search through the settings menu and I think it was under navigation. I can find exact details once I get back in my truck later today.

Sorry that I could not be more specific right now, but try poking around in settings under anything navigation.

i am constantly adjusting mine. you can only adjust it while the voice is speaking giving you directions, but it works for me. i have not searched for the nav voice volume adjustments in the settings though

I dont know anything about the MFT but on the Sync there is a "voice volume" in the settings that will increase the volume of the navigation voice.

Like many said. You can either adjust it in the settings or you can simply force her to talk and use the volume control knob to adjust. I messed with mine forever trying to figure it out each way but the knob was the easiest to always find.

I had the same issue with the volume in nav, I used the steering wheel vol. control but like others have said the nav voice must be activated for the vol. to change. I will look into the sync vol. setting as I figured there must be a better way to do this.
