Yes, but they will claim the after market parts DID cause the problem. Then it will be up to Greg to hire a lawyer prove otherwise....

Maybe I missed it, how many miles were on your truck?

CAI is no issue, can't deny because of that unless you sucked up some debris or water that caused it.

The tune, even that is grey area... however, definitely much harder to fight if they decide to deny because of that. This is why when I had my tune installed (I currently don't) that I carried the tuner in my truck... so I could return to stock if something like this happened on the trail!

Hope it works out well for you, we're all awaiting to hear the updates!

Mass air flow correlation error caused by aftermarket cold air intake. No other problems found and running perfectly.

HORSE SHIT!

He said, it starts fine and runs great.. Been in shop all morning and cranks everytime..

Told him of course it does when it sits in a warm shop.. Let it sit outside and get cold soaked then start it.

Jackasses... Lazy.. Oh its the aftermarket intake.. Blah.. Blah.. Blah..

What else is left aftermarket on your truck powertrain wise? Exhaust? I'd expect them to at least figure out the problem first before pointing at aftermarket parts. Kinda hard to point at aftermarket parts causing the problem when you don't even know what's wrong with it.
