The ************* plastic each side of the license plates, that sticks out. They are to the right and left of my lights.

Badrap...

Any tips on removing those bastards? Ive looked them over and it doesnt look like fun.:Jedi:

I'm gonna color them up when my flame paint arrives...

I removed mine by crashing into a piece of chain link fence in a ditch... Popped em right off and high centered me... 4 low flipped a bitch and launched back (over) the fence onto the dirt road... Needless to say, those POS mthrfkrs are sitting right where I left em.

Sounds like the bumper removal may work easier. It was easy to push on top and out and down to get them off.
I finally took one of those ringed paint can openers and installed the bottom first and pulled out with opener on top with a size twelve tennis shoe pushing in.
If you could tape up and/or slide something behind would be less painful.
Good Luck.

Introducing Black Mamba :naughty:
Not quite MURDERED OUT because my heads and tails aren't tinted, but definitely murky :)

Efforts I have made thus far to darken the beast:
Tinted front windows
Vent Shades
Matte Black KMC XD Addict wheels w/ flat black center caps
Tuxedo black painted flares
Tuxedo Black painted front/rear bumpers
Flat black SVT vents
Flat Black gas door
Bed lined skid plate and bolts
Tinted mirror reflectors
Black F O R D vinyl grille letters
*painted my highway EZ Pass black *

I'm digging this post! I have seen several Harley Dyno's with the smoothest matte black/satin finish paint job I have ever seen in my life. I'm thinking the Rap would look good in that color. Of course I'm still a fan of the '49 Ford/Mercury in the matte black, what do you think?

Looks good Bird!
Are you going to do the side mirror reflectors too? I think they look better that way.

And what did you use on your SVT logo? - it looks cool, kinda like a textured red...

Wow you did the skidplate too.. Looks as good as I would have guessed.. I was doing my black until I thought.. What happens when I bottom out through the whoops and scratch my skid plate?? For street trucks it's perfect.. And damn does it look good. Nice job man

I have my skid plate line-xed. I run it hard and have not ripped off the line-x yet. I also painted my lowerbumper to match the bumper (i.e. the silver part)

Bird, that is sharp. Nice work!!!!
