Looks like you did cold water only? Did you think about running hot?
I'm running water into one of my garages so I can add a hosebib which will be in a location way more useful than where they are now- and I'm thinking I should pull hot too since I currently have easy access to run both. It'd be really nice to not have to use 40F water to rinse the car and your hands off when it's 40F out.
It's all copper piping in the house, but I'm thinking I will to transition to pex before going into the unheated garage JIC, and I plan to run two stubs down just after each shutoff valve where I can drain/blowout both pex lines.
It's a second house next door we bought and are renovating. This one is far from a dream garage as of now. Working on it though. I recently replaced the entire floor, pulled down the wall board to run wiring and add insulation, upgraded the lighting from the typical 2 bare lamps to 6 can lights. Added a 4-way switch to the mix so I could switch the lights at the exterior man door as well. This is like when chicks brag about having more than one Shoe Closet.
I did a 36 panel ground mount system in 2015. Haven't paid Edison a dime since then.and put a bunch of solar panels on the south facing roof that I'll never have to look at.
