fitment from block to ypipe was perfect. we needed to fab up a little extension from the y to connect it to the stock exhaust. not a big deal at all.....we built a new tune for it last night and will load it into the truck this morning. if it is running well i will get some video and post it up today....

Nice..looking forward to seeing that Bad Boy in action.

Sounds great, Thanks for the info! How is the sound with the headers and the stock exhaust? Can't wait to see video of the results of the new power. Did you end up getting it dynoed before and/or are you going to after? Would like to see your #'s!

believe it or not with headers and stock exhaust it is a little louder than stock, hence the qtp cutout...close it when sneaking home at 3am or open it up to wake the dead...

my shop manager informed me yesterday I am not a patient person....no pre dyno #'s

lookin' forward to it! I'm hoping my Magnapack will let my Kooks sound off a bit....not that it's not loud now when it wants to be now. It seems that 320-330hp has been the hot spot for stock 6.2 #'s so, maybe just go off of that for now. When mine was in the putc article, we took it to K&N headquarters and it did 344hp/361tq with 800mi. on it. I think that may be a generous dyno though......I'm gonna have before and after when I do my afe, kooks and tune.

I figured orange wouldn't look good on the crew....don't figure that any more. :) Love that color.

Only thing it needs is blacked out inside rear wheel wells. I think I used "truck bed paint" for it on my silver '04 Sierra, still looked good 2 years later (no prep). Guessing in your line of work you know a lot more about what's best for that job than I do though.

That's exactly what I'm going to do with mine. I think that's one of the reasons the black looks the best. The factory paint showing in the rear wheel wells makes the rear appear to sit higher. It'll look tons better with the rear matching the front.

...we will install cooled seats in the front this spring......

1. The truck looks excellent. Can't wait to hear how the Procharger works.

2. Regarding the cooled seats--I can't wait to hear about that one as the lack of cooled seats is perhaps the most irritating issue I have with the truck. Can you do that with the stock seats and covers, or do you have to reupholster?
